Understanding FREE local calls

With every KC Talk Plan, all local geographic calls are free in the monthly price you pay.

So, calls to the same area code (for example 01482 to 01482) or adjacent area codes (01482 to 01430 8) are FREE. Calls outside the adjacent areas are only included if the recipient is a KC customer.

We’ve explained this using the table below.

If the box is green , this is a local call and is FREE.
If the box is orange, this is not a local call and is only included if the recipient is a KC customer.
If the box is red, calls to this number are not local and will be charged at the standard rate as published in our price manual.
